Highland Neighborhood Bike Month Ride

The Highland Neighborhood Association is hosting a community ride on Saturday, May 2nd to celebrate the beginning of Bike Month!

As one of the few truly multimodal neighborhoods, the ride will start in Highland, then we'll take the Red Line train to East Austin to join Ghisallo’s Bike Month Kickoff Party.

We’ll meet at Highland Neighborhood Park at 9:30 AM. We'll then do a short loop around the neighborhood to highlight nearby bicycle infrastructure, then head to Highland Station to catch a Red Line train down to Plaza Saltillo, followed by a short ride to the Mendez Recreation Center. We’ll then catch the train back after enjoying the party for a bit.
